Traill County EDC Business Improvement Mini-Grants

Thinking of fixing some windows on your storefront? Do you need new signage to improve your visibility on your street? Is your entrance in need of an upgrade? Would a new façade on your building make the most of your facility? The Traill County EDC Business Improvement Mini-Grant can provide some help in making that project a reality. Apply for up to $1,000 in a matching grant before May 13, 2024.

Traill County EDC Public Spaces Grant

This grant program is designed with Traill County parks, schools and cities in mind to help create vibrant public spaces. Some great examples of this grant include: Improvements to the Buxton City Park, Comet Park on the campus of Mayville State University and the lights at Randy Vigen Field at Central Valley High School. If you have ideas for your park, school or municipality, apply for up to $5,000 before May 13, 2024 in a matching grant to help complete it.

 

Business training and certification grants

The Traill County EDC business training and certification grants are intended to provide financial assistance to Traill County businesses for workforce education, development, and upskilling; workforce recruitment, expansion and retention; required training for new or existing employees (i.e. certification or licensing); or hiring consulting firms to help improve business processes and efficiencies. Applicants are eligible for up to $1,000 per business, and funds are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
