Job Title:  Parent Aide – Human Services II

Location:  Based in our Hillsboro office, Job ID 3026950

Status:  Full-time, non-exempt, regular position with Traill County Government benefits

Hiring Salary Range:  Grade 103:  $2,951 – $3,934 per month

Example of Duties:

• Coach/role model parenting, discipline, engagement skills to clients
• Provide education/training on child development and caregiving
• Schedule, plan, and supervise visitations between foster children and their parents
• Assist and coach household management tasks
• Provide transportation using agency car
• Assist with appointment scheduling, appointments, and specialty projects
• Communicate and collaborate with the case management team

Minimum Qualifications:  High School diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities. Plus, experience of one year or greater working with children and families. Training or experience in child development or early child care services preferred.
